With the golden sand and ocean waves a matter of steps down the street, this spacious North Topsail Beach home is a place for days spent swimming, beachcombing, and taking in sunrise and sunset views of the sound from the expansive back deck.

This three-story home is set two rows back from the oceanfront, with the beach accessible about 100 yards away. You'll have driveway and carport parking (with a wet-weather entry), not to mention easy loading/unloading access via an elevator that connects the ground floor to all levels.

One of the star features of this house is the outdoor space it offers, including an ocean view sundeck and two covered decks on the sound-front. You'll have plenty of room for sipping your morning coffee while observing the local herons, lingering in the salty afternoon breeze, and gazing out across Everett Bay, Stump Sound, and the Intracoastal Waterway at sunset.

After a beautiful day at the beach, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) and foot-washing stations and head inside to cool off in central air (with ceiling fans to circulate the breeze). When it's time to get started on dinner, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a slow cooker, a blender, a waffle iron, two drip coffee pots, and all sorts of other culinary tools. There's mealtime seating at both the breakfast bar and the dining room table, as well as a smart TV (one of five with streaming and the Spectrum cable app) mounted above the gas fireplace for movie nights afterwards.

With three full bathrooms and three half-baths, each of the five bedrooms has access to its own bathroom and all linens provided. Additional features of the house include a selection of books and board games, three DVD players, a private washer/dryer, central heating, a landline telephone, and complimentary WiFi.
