Welkom bij "Sol Therapy". Dit onlangs gerenoveerde huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft, tot op het toiletpapier, koffie en papieren handdoeken. Het luchtige decor is precies wat je nodig hebt om je opwinding te voltooien. Dit 4 slaapkamers 3 badkamers huis zal voelen als thuis weg van huis.

Dit huis ligt op slechts enkele minuten van alle dingen van Snead's Ferry en op 10 minuten van alle dingen Surf City. En het beste van alles is een stap verwijderd van uw eigen toegang tot het privéstrand, die tot aan de veranda komt. Alle portieken zijn hond- en kindvriendelijk met poorten om bepaalde gebieden af te sluiten.

Met een omgekeerde plattegrond krijgt u uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de woonruimte (3e verhaal), waar u een flatscreen-tv, voldoende zitplaatsen voor de hele bemanning, een volledig gevulde keuken, een terras met uitzicht op een miljoen dollar vindt, en de eerste van twee master suites met een kingsize bed.

Op het tweede verhaal vindt u een aan de kust ingerichte koningin slaapkamer en een enkel en vol stapelbed, die een complete badkamer delen. U vindt ook de wasmachine en droger op dit niveau. Last but not least op deze verdieping is de tweede master suite met een kingsize bed en een miljoen dollar uitzicht vanuit uw muur van ramen. Unit is ook uitgerust met twee full-size twin, leuke babybedjes. Dat u kunt verplaatsen waar u maar wilt.

Unit is uitgerust met keyless entry, dus dichter bij uw aankomst krijgt u uw eigen persoonlijke code in te voeren. Geen gedoe om de sleutels op te halen.

Op de eerste verdieping vindt u een garage om uw auto op te slaan, en al uw strandspullen. Met een vluggeringang naar het strand en de mega doucheruimte door de achterdeur.

Perfect getaway, amazing beach access, away from the usual crowds of more populated beach towns. Not a ton of 'attractions' but there is all the usual stuff, (min golf, pizza, jet ski, paddle board, surfing, cheap beach shops) but there was a few 'real' sport shops with proper fishing and outdoors gear that I spent way too much money at as well. house was clean, well-designed, basic appointments. nice coffee machine, basic stove. there was some leftover beach gear 9bnoogie boards, chairs) bu you should plan to bring your own. we also had dolphins join us all day - about 30 ft off shore. added bonus.

We loved our experience and stay with Sol Therapy so much and definitely will be back! What a beautiful house and excellent location right on the beach. The house is very spacious and allowed the four of us and our dogs to have plenty of room. Becky, the host, is an excellent communicator and was very prompt to respond to our questions before we booked. And the information about the house was sent promptly. We especially appreciated the starter supplies as we didn’t have to arrive and run directly to the store. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook. Definitely an excellent spot to rest and relax!

Nice facility. Great beach location. The property, however, was totally void of information … No local map(s); no list or phone numbers of nearby restaurants, nor distance to them; area magazine with some such info was 2022; finally tried, but reluctantly so, a red switch outside for garage light; with cost of unit, one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was unbearable. Disappointing that seemingly simple things are not included. Could easily been a 5-star place.

This is a nice house with a wonderful view of the beach. My favorite thing to do is to sit on the deck and stare at the ocean. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of room. My small dogs also loved lying on the deck. Great communication with host. Keypad lock makes it easy to check in. Super easy access to beach. Great property.

Great views. Awesome beach. House was very clean, but a little tired. Did not cook, but kitchen had everything necessary to do so. Linens were nice. Only significant disappointment was no cable TV, but not sure if it is even available on Topsail. The king bed on the first floor could use a new mattress and the couch needed to be replaced as there is no firmness left in it. Would probably recommend to others.

Betsy is an amazing host. We enjoyed our stay and we loved the fact that she provided everything we needed for our stay. The baby gate and high chair was a huge plus for me.

Check in process was very bumpy. Make sure to get in touch with host prior to the date of check in to ensure proper communication. Once we were inside it was great! Very happy with the kitchen and amenities. View is gorgeous. Such an easy checkout process compared to previous rentals. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful location on the water. The house did not come with much for the beach itself- one chair, no sand toys, so be prepared to purchase or bring your own. The views were unbelievable from the deck. Great spot to sit and watch the water. I would recommend this house and hope to stay again

This was our second time staying at Sol Therapy, and we loved it even more this time around. The property is extremely comfortable for our large family, everything was spotless, and it was great that we could bring our dog with us. It was easy to get to restaurants and coffee shops and the grocery store, and we left feeling totally rejuvenated. Will definitely try to stay again!

Our family had a wonderful week here and will definitely be back! Pros: The place was very clean with comfortable seating and beds. Nice bathrooms with good shower pressure. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. (AND it’s all in good shape) Beach towels to use. Perfect location right on the beach where we enjoyed many, many hours. REALLY appreciated the gates on the deck areas. Our two dogs could go in and out as they pleased and we didn’t need to worry about their safety. Nature was magnificent! Sunrises, dolphins, starry nights, all kinds of birds, etc. (bring your binoculars!) Cons: Wished they had the table out on the deck but I believe that was getting fixed. The dryer didn’t dry well but Betsy is taking care of that too. Couple things just to be aware of: There’s a LOT of stairs!!! If you have bad knees then a beach house is not for you. Obviously every place here has to have them but it took its toll. Also, the upstairs bedroom is right next to the kitchen so that may not be the best for light sleepers or babies. Kinda hard to use the ice maker quietly. ;-) All in all we thought it was a terrific place to relax, unwind, and enjoy spending time with each other. Host was very responsive but we didn’t hardly need a thing! Thank you Betsy!

We found the rental exactly as advertised. The location was perfect. Although not swimming weather, we could step right onto the beach off the porch to take a walk. The grandchildren loved playing in the sand and flying their kite. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat. It was clean, kitchen well equipped and the many windows allowed for a lot of natural light. Property manager was friendly and quick to respond to questions. We had a great time. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

We all enjoyed our stay! Beach is beautiful. House is comfortable. I don’t understand the negative reviews because we thought it was lovely. The bedrooms I would say comfortably accommodate more like 6 couples and then 1-2 children or teen. And you should definitely plan on bringing your own beach chairs. The furniture does show some wear, but you need to remember this is a pet friendly rental. Could’ve used small things like an oven mitt, extra batteries for remotes, extra light bulbs for burnt out front door. Other than that, we thought the place was clean and comfortable and we all really enjoyed it!! You will not be disappointed!
