'As mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. As this was our first stay, we got complimentary airport pickup, they were very kind to give us fresh fruits , biscuits and the soft drinks in the mini fridge were also complimentary.. there were lots of free water bottles and all this was much appreciated. We really felt that we were well taken care of.

'Een paradijs voor het spotten van vliegtuigen. We hadden een mooi zicht op de tarmac van BOM airport vanuit de kamer. Op het dak, bij het zwembad, heb je een nog beter zicht op de luchthaven. Je kan er uren naar de vliegtuigen kijken die landen en opstijgen.
De kamers zijn ietwat kleiner, het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende keuze. Het buffet 's avonds is ook een aanrader. Op 10min rijden van de luchthaven.
De omgeving rond het hotel zelf vonden wij beetje doods.'

"De kamer was prima, fitnesszaal is erg goed, check in en check uit allemaal prima. Maar de service in het restaurant is gewoon belabberd slecht. Lang wachten op alles, daarna drie personen die hetzelfde vragen, eerst zeggen dat je rekening op je kamer kan zetten, daarna bij je kamer laat aanbellen om je alsnog te laten betalen. Heb uiteindelijk maar room service besteld, daar was alles duidelijk en goed in orde. Kamer wordt ook netjes schoongemaakt en niks tekort aan flesjes water."
