'Très bel hôtel avec un excellent service Mais éloigné du centre de Monbai et avec problème de bruit ( musique jusque 1h00 du matin et des 7h00 ) plusieurs jours de suite. En acceptant des mariages , l ‘hôtel devrait réserver les chambres des étages supérieurs aux hôtes non impliqués dans les marriages.'

'The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...

'Overall the property was good. Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport.'

'3泊4日で利用。どのスタッフも親切でした。清掃はしっかり、朝食もおいしいです。空港からホテルの距離は近いのですが、夜になると渋滞する所に位置しているホテルなので、夜の車移動は時間がかかります。 バスルームが思っていたよりもレトロな感じがするなと感じましたが、毎日綺麗に掃除されているのがわかったので、2日目以降はまったく気になることなく、快適に過ごせました。 ホテルの無料WiFiの電波が繋がりにくいので、海外Wi-Fiを契していくことをおすすめします。'
