'We had the most amazing stay. Our room was gorgeous with the most beautiful view of the surrounding forest and mountains. It was so tranquil and beautiful with only the sounds of nature around us. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. Making us feel like we were at home. On our arrival we were greeted with such hospitality with lovely coffee & cake. This hospitality remained throughout our stay over 3days. They went above and beyond with kindness. A truly beautiful place that we will treasure...

'The apartment we stayed in was amazing - Lole and Tere were very accommodating. The food was fantastic, especially the shrimp and the steak. The pick up from the bar on the camino worked perfectly and the drop off was equally easy. The place is beautiful and the staff work really hard. It was a perfect place to stay while walking the camino.'

'This hotel was an absolute oasis on the Camino - although it was freezing cold outside, the room was toasty warm (and the radiator was perfect for drying out cold, wet hiking gear). The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. It's a few minutes from the center of town, so much quieter than other places - and best of all, breakfast was way above average. I especially enjoyed their fresh-squeezed orange juice. A real gem of an inn!'

'My sister and I stayed at Hotel Balneario Río Pambre on our second day of the Camino de Santiago, and it was absolutely perfect. Malva was wonderful — so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed an amazing massage, cold plunge, and sauna — exactly what our bodies needed after a long walk. 'Sehr geschmackvoll saniertes und eingerichtetes altes Gehöft. Sehr freundlicher Service und zuvorkommender Inhaber. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln (außer vielleicht die tief hängenden Leuchten, an denen sich sehr gross gewachsene Menschen wie ich schonmal den Kopf anschlagen). Das Restaurant hat grosse Ambitionen und ein entsprechendes Preisniveau. '
