Beautiful Beach View Stay!

Comfortable and well-located

Quaint town and beautiful location.
The condo is nice and the location and view are wonderful. We took full advantage of the amenities and enjoyed our morning beach walks. The 125 steps up and down the stairs to the beach were a bonus for those of us who like to get our steps in and it’s worth every step. The only complaint we had was the refrigerator. The suction seal is very tight which makes it difficult to open. We had a great time and recommend this unit and hope to return.

Stay at the beach for happiness
This property was everything advertised. It even had a fast heater in the master bath to make chilly San Diego mornings and evenings enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect. Walk to everything. And a 7 minute drive to a great golf practice range for my husband. The stairs down to the beach provided great exercise and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Family getaway
Great location with spectacular views! We never got sick of sitting out in the patio and listening to the waves crash. It’s so beautiful! The place is well stocked and in a great location. The owner was very responsive to questions and we loved the recommendations they gave for places to eat! Thank you for a great spring break stay!

Incredible location and wonderful place!
Everything about this condo is fantastic. The communication with the owner is perfect - always fast and clear. The instructions to check in and check out were easy and sent very early. The second parking stall was great for us because our daughter lives in Carmel Valley so they could easily come over without having to hunt for parking on the street. The location is great - easy walking to some great restaurants and shopping, easy access down the stairs to the beach and we really love going to the dog beach on a short walk. The condo is outfitted with everything we needed. There really was nothing missing to this at all - great location, great access, great provisioning. We will try to stay here again when we come back to visit!!

Awesome views and a great location
We stayed for 7 days. When I booked I thought the rental was pricey but found the cost well worth paying. We wanted to cover few places in and around San Diego and this turned out to be a great location for those. The views of the beach, and the access to it was way better than what we expected (and what the pictures made us beleive :-)) Would highly recommend the rental for a family vacation!

Perfect Beach Getaway Condo
This condo was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and a 6 year old). The condo was clean and quiet. The property is well maintained and the beach is very safe. We were able to walk to CVS when we needed miscellaneous items and walked to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner the first night. It was also conveniently located to Sea World. The owner has a storage unit in the garage that had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, sand buckets/shovels, football, etc.). The two assigned parking spots to the unit were also great! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook a few meals. What we liked the most is listening to the ocean with the sliding glass door open. The views of the water while drinking coffee in the morning and afternoon was also great. We didn't have any issues so we didn't have to contact the property owner at all, but when we messaged him before and after, he responded very quickly. We hope to stay here again sometime in the future!

The property was exactly as shown. It has a great view of the Pacific Ocean. The furnishings were very good, comfortable bend. Property owner texted us, welcoming us and texting when we left. Would highly recommend this location

Property was very nice and appropriate for our needs. We would have preferred better AC, our personal preference being from AZ, but it was fine. Only issue was in moving luggage to the unit from either parking location. Just a bit cumbersome for us at our age, but again it was manageable.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Everything was readily available, boogie boards, beach chairs, tennis rackets, board games! I loved the stackable washer and dryer! All amenities were available! We had a great stay and couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect Location in Solana Beach
Brooke's condo was the perfect location for our vacation - close walking distance to restaurants and shops and a very short drive to two excellent grocery stores (Sprout and Vons'). The condo was very clean and well equipped for all your cooking and grilling needs. Check-in and parking were very easy. The beachfront location is amazing - you can always hear the noise of the surf if you forget you are on the ocean. I would highly recommend this property and my husband and I hope to return in the near future.

Perfect condo, location, amenities and host!
Our 31 day stay was perfect (other than the unseasonable weather)! The condo was meticulous upon arrival, had every amenity we needed for our stay, was oceanfront with a tremendous view, had public stair access to the beach right next to the complex gate, and our host was great to work with. The Solana Beach community is wonderful with plenty of shopping and restaurants, and a weekly farmer’s market. Can’t miss with this rental!

Beautiful oceanside condo
Had a lovely stay in a beautiful condo right on the Pacific Ocean in Solana Beach. Perfect location for walking, restaurants, hiking and exploring. Close to everything. Very well equipped and in excellent condition. A plus is the owner is so easy to contact.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay. The place was great. Perfect location and amazing views, exactly as advertised. The unit was tastefully decorated, not just a hodgepodge of overflow stuff, common in some of the other units we've stayed. While the buildings are a bit dated, the unit itself was very well cared for and maintained. Brooke was very easy to work with, very accommodating and friendly. We can't wait till our next visit. This will definitely be our unit of choice! Thank you for such a great experience.

Relaxing getaway!
We came here with my husband and 8 month old. It was a great chance to relax, easily walk into town, and walk down the set of stairs to the great beach! Brooke was very easy to communicate with, and the place had all the amenities we were looking for. It did not have baby items, but we rented those from a baby rental service. The place was very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again!

Great location, responsive owner, clean unit
We had a wonderful and relaxing trip to Solana Beach while staying here. The unit is just as described. It was clean on arrival with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive. We were traveling with our 5yo and 3mo old. The two bathrooms were functional and very nice if you have more than two with some staying in the living room. The sofa bed mattresses are air mattresses, but our daughter had no problem sleeping comfortably all night on the twin mattress. The master bedroom is large with plenty of room for a portable crib. The kitchen was clean and functional. The best part is the location. We only used our car once the entire five days. Everything is walkable, including Fletcher Cove, the beach, the town. We took a day trip to La Jolla which was easily accessible without using the freeway. The reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars are two: 1) There is no central AC. This is true of many units in Solana Beach and we knew this before we rented. The unit is a little recessed with no cross breeze so it can get a little warm in the afternoon when the sun shines on it. We went at the end of April and the outside temperatures were in the low-mid 70s so we had no problem, and there are ceiling fans that keep the air moving in the unit. At night the unit cools down. There is a window AC unit in the master bedroom, 2) If you are traveling with kids, it's a little unwieldy with a stroller (several steps to/from garage and to the front door; we did eventually find a roundabout path that allows for stroller exit and entry using only a few steps). If you can strap your child on in a carrier there is no problem. It's on the cliff part of Solana Beach so we needed to walk down about 100 steps to get to the beach. This was not a problem at all with a 5yo and a baby in a carrier, even with beach stuff, but it could be a pain with a toddler. Overall, a very comfortable and easy stay in a wonderful location in Solana Beach. A family friendly unit (although with some challenges for young family), nice complex, easy access to everything in Solana Beach.

Beautiful beach front unit. Clean, inviting & warm. Stunning views and easy access to awesome beach.
This unit is fantastic. Nicely furnished, felt warm and inviting, a home away from home, and clean! It smelt like clean laundry soap when we walked in the door :)) Views of the beach are awesome and easy access to the sandy beach made this vrbo an excellent choice for us. We walked the beach & watched surfers and dolfins during the day and cooked dinners on the BBQ and enjoyed the patio in the evenings. We've vacationed in Solana Beach for 10 years and this suite has been the most enjoyable one yet. Brooke was an excellent host, very communicative and easy going making our experience here a 10 out of 10. Thanks again for the fun in the sun! We will see you again soon :)
