Oceanfront eigendom op VRBO! Dit eersteklas appartement aan de oceaan in Solana Beach, net ten noorden van San Diego, gasten zullen genieten van een magisch bezoek aan het paradijs.

Het complex is Solana Beach & Tennis Club en dit appartement op de eerste verdieping biedt direct uitzicht op de oceaan en ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de Stille Oceaan en Solana Beach. Geniet van een buitengrill en Adirondack-stoelen om te ontspannen en op zoek te gaan naar dolfijnen en walvissen. Binnenin beschikt deze luxe vakantiewoning over gratis WiFi, 2 flatscreen-tv's met kabel-tv, comfortabel beddengoed in de master en een tweepersoons slaapbank en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Geniet van een ontspannen nacht bij de open haard met wijn of koffie. Resort op zijn best!

De keuken is bijgewerkt met granieten toonbanken, inbouwverlichting, plafondventilatoren en een wasmachine / droger - alle gemakken van thuis. Geniet ook van 2 volledige baden en gratis overdekte parkeerplaatsen in deze gated community met een buitenzwembad, 4 tennisbanen, spa's en een clubhuis aan de oceaan.

Deze locatie is moeilijk te verslaan! Stappen naar het strand! Slechts 124 stappen! Loop naar restaurants, winkels, het treinstation, Del Mar Race Track, Del Mar Fairgrounds en Cedros Avenue Design Districts.
15 minuten van de golfbaan La Jolla en Torrey Pines! Deze oceaan verhuur ligt op slechts 20 minuten van de internationale luchthaven van San Diego en op slechts 30 minuten van de dierentuin van San Diego, Seaworld, Petco Park, The Gaslamp District en LEGOLAND.

Quaint town and beautiful location.

The condo is nice and the location and view are wonderful. We took full advantage of the amenities and enjoyed our morning beach walks. The 125 steps up and down the stairs to the beach were a bonus for those of us who like to get our steps in and it’s worth every step. The only complaint we had was the refrigerator. The suction seal is very tight which makes it difficult to open. We had a great time and recommend this unit and hope to return.

Stay at the beach for happiness

This property was everything advertised. It even had a fast heater in the master bath to make chilly San Diego mornings and evenings enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect. Walk to everything. And a 7 minute drive to a great golf practice range for my husband. The stairs down to the beach provided great exercise and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Family getaway

Great location with spectacular views! We never got sick of sitting out in the patio and listening to the waves crash. It’s so beautiful! The place is well stocked and in a great location. Incredible location and wonderful place!

Everything about this condo is fantastic. The communication with the owner is perfect - always fast and clear. The instructions to check in and check out were easy and sent very early. The second parking stall was great for us because our daughter lives in Carmel Valley so they could easily come over without having to hunt for parking on the street. The location is great - easy walking to some great restaurants and shopping, easy access down the stairs to the beach and we really love going to the dog beach on a short walk. The condo is outfitted with everything we needed. There really was nothing missing to this at all - great location, great access, great provisioning. We will try to stay here again when we come back to visit!!

Awesome views and a great location

We stayed for 7 days. When I booked I thought the rental was pricey but found the cost well worth paying. We wanted to cover few places in and around San Diego and this turned out to be a great location for those. The views of the beach, and the access to it was way better than what we expected (and what the pictures made us beleive :-)) Would highly recommend the rental for a family vacation!

Perfect Beach Getaway Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and a 6 year old). The condo was clean and quiet. The property is well maintained and the beach is very safe. We were able to walk to CVS when we needed miscellaneous items and walked to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner the first night. It was also conveniently located to Sea World. The owner has a storage unit in the garage that had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, sand buckets/shovels, football, etc.). The two assigned parking spots to the unit were also great! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook a few meals. What we liked the most is listening to the ocean with the sliding glass door open. The views of the water while drinking coffee in the morning and afternoon was also great. We didn't have any issues so we didn't have to contact the property owner at all, but when we messaged him before and after, he responded very quickly. We hope to stay here again sometime in the future!

Perfect Location in Solana Beach

Brooke's condo was the perfect location for our vacation - close walking distance to restaurants and shops and a very short drive to two excellent grocery stores (Sprout and Vons'). The condo was very clean and well equipped for all your cooking and grilling needs. Check-in and parking were very easy. The beachfront location is amazing - you can always hear the noise of the surf if you forget you are on the ocean. I would highly recommend this property and my husband and I hope to return in the near future.

Our 31 day stay was perfect (other than the unseasonable weather)! The condo was meticulous upon arrival, had every amenity we needed for our stay, was oceanfront with a tremendous view, had public stair access to the beach right next to the complex gate, and our host was great to work with. The Solana Beach community is wonderful with plenty of shopping and restaurants, and a weekly farmer’s market. Can’t miss with this rental!
