Have just stayed here for 2 nights as I was working in the area at a festival and Mark the owner from the outset was so helpful with directions/ my late check in and kept me updated with pictures on how to enter the hotel. The room was cozy and did just the job for my 2 night work stay. Also the breakfast and coffee… top notch!!!'

I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable.
The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft. '

The shower room was lovely large, i feel it maybe a cleaning product used but it seem to leave the floor very slippery and the shower could do with some anti slip texturing on the tray and a handrail for safety. Only down side needs plugs next to the bed. Apart from those points would happily stay again. '
