'Deer Leap is a fabulous lodge in a lovely setting and really quite private. Spotlessly clean and smelled lovely on entering. We loved the hot tub and the bathroom door leading directly to it outside. The twinkly lights over the covered seating area outside were so pretty at night. The huge bed was super-comfy, we slept very well. 'The owners keep the property up to a very high standard, always busy, location is ideal, close to local attractions with good routes, but enough out the way to be peaceful. The local walks are great, plenty of wildlife, top the day off with a nice soak in the well maintained hot tubs. Beautiful.'

We arrived to find a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us, which was a really thoughtful touch and made our first evening feel extra special.
