'Unser Check-in hat problemlos geklappt. Wir haben vorab alle nötigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Ein Ansprechpartner war jederzeit verfügbar. Das Haus war sehr schön und modern, super ausgestattet und der Pool war echt klasse. Alle drei Strände waren fussläufig erreichbar und Porto Cristo ist in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. '

'Breathtaking sea view Enjoyed a week in this beautiful house together with children and grandchildren (3 years and 2 babies). A beautifully decorated house and everything available from herbs to hair dryer. A top swimming pool with separate pool for children. Several terraces to eat or relax. 'Super verblijf'

'Schönes, gepflegtes Haus, alles, was man brauchen könnte ist vorhanden. Reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten. Für uns herausragend war die Lage. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichtbar. Für Ruhesuchende eventuell nicht geeignet, das Haus liegt an der Straße von Alcudia nach Arta, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.'

'Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. We all commented how relaxing and calm it was there but you’re still in a town with facilities that were good with the supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance.'

'Das Ferienhaus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung wirkt stellenweise verwohnt und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich nicht im Haus selbst, sondern außerhalb. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der gepflegte Garten und der Poolbereich, draußen lässt es sich gut entspannen. '

'We had a lovely stay in this wonderful house. Check in was very easy and the contact with the host was perfect. The house is in a calm area but still near the beach Son Moll and Cala Ratjada. It is also a great place for excursions on the island.'

'This Villa ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for. Enough comfortable rooms/beds and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for catering including some extras like oils and herbs etc. The owner left a welcome basket as we arrived very very late. The pool was great, not heated but that wasn’t necessary - it was a decent size and there were a selection of pool toys and inflatable to have fun with. The sea is across the road and rock pooling was fun. We hired kayaks one afternoon and...

'This is the third time we’ve been to this villa in the last 5 years and obviously we love it. It has everything we need, is luxurious and is in a perfect spot. Tumble out of bed, 1 minute to the beautiful crystal clear sea and relax. It’s clean, well designed, has everything you could need in a great location. Will return for a fourth visit. '

'Das Ferienhaus hat wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, einen tollen Ausblick und auch sonst ist alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus besteht aus 2 seperaten Wohnungen, unten ist ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Küche und ein Badezimmer. Oben das gleiche nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großer Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.'

"Vorlas personeel van horeca waren zeer, zeer en zeer vriendelijk. Jammer dat het luid is door apparatuur van airco. Wij hebben slecht geslapen door luide apparatuur. Zeeblik die betaald was, was maar 20 procent zichtbaar doordat wij een achtergebouwkamer kregen. Beetje overbetaald met 280 euro per nacht. Vlooitjes in bed gevonden, service heeft meteen bedlakens gewisseld. Blijkbaar mogen er ook huisdieren mee. Andere dingen waren perfect, zoals het eten, pool en vooral de prachtige omgeving!. "

"Het was een prima hotel dichtbij het strand, de boulevard en de winkels. Netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Jammer alleen dat ze geen ontbijtservice aanbieden, hier is wel voor ingericht maar wordt geen gebruik van gemaakt. Maar met restaurants om de hoek verder geen probleem."

"De ingang van het hotel ziet er niet uitnodigend uit maar van binnen is het redelijk. Kamers zijn functioneel ingericht en ruim genoeg maar zonder enige decoratie. Wel erg gehorig. Uitzicht van het balkon over zee is erg plezierig. Ons bed miste 2 steunpoten en hing door, gemeld bij de receptie maar men wilde er niets aan doen. Koffie- en snackautomaten beneden werkten de hele tijd niet. De jongedame aan de receptie was wel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Parkeren kan soms een kwestie van zoeken zijn want de straten staan erg vol. Locatie is centraal en genoeg winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Helaas is de zee in Can Picafort best wild en moeilijk om te zwemmen."
