'Ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijke general manager die alles wilde vertellen en wilde uitleggen. Ook zijn hulp met het opschrijven van namen in het Koreaans voor een taxichauffeur deed hij met liefde. Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel, die meer waard is dan twee sterren! '

'今年１月に３泊し今回は２泊したリピーターです。 部屋も前回と同じでした。7階です。 【評価】は 接客：５点 掃除：５点 立地：５点 私たち家族にとっては満点です。 その理由は ①受付の方は日本語が上手で親切。 ②チャガルチ市場・南浦・その他のエリアに行くにも便利でコンビニも近くにある。 ③買い物・食事するのも便利 ただ１つだけ言うと、オンドルで部屋が暑くて 前回も今回も部屋の窓を開けて寝ました。 特にテレビの部屋はとても暖かいです。 冬場に泊まる際は、お気を付けください。 次回の釜山訪問時にも宿泊させていただきます。 '

'It was a very good and peaceful place to stay. This is very close to a nice area with lovely coffee shop and local adorable restaurants. The big coffee shop downstairs is also very handful for working, wifi is great. There is a kutchen where you can prepare your own lunch or snacks. I was in the dormitory which is very modern with locked cases and all the facilities. Bathroom is very modern and with good hair dryer. The location is perfect to take any bus to go around busan! 'Room is clean and absolutely spacious. Many dining and shopping nearby making it an excellent place to stay. The drop-off is at the side of the building and thus it's a slight hassle during check-in and checkout when you have luggage. There's no air con in the room during the winter months, making it complicated to manage the room temperature as one has to adjust the windows for it. There's no security for Hotel access and thus it's less safe. Self service laundry equipment is in excellent...

'Location was excellent. Subway is just round the corner. BIFF, food, shopping, markets are just around the corner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping upon request. Bring your own toothbrush. Bed is comfortable. Room size was good for 2. Can open luggage. '

'De kamer was conform de foto’s. Zo ook het uitzicht over de haven.Wij zaten op de 9e verdieping dus top! Minder was de lamp die boven aan het plafond bevestigd zat bij de toilet en automatisch aan/uit ging als je er langs liep. Met name s’nachts heel irritant want het is te fel en je bent direct uit je slaap! Verder waren de liften waardeloos, erg traag en stopte bij elke verdieping. Ontbijtkeus zeer beperkt en ontbijt/restaurant ruimte vergelijkbaar met een kantine. Jammer!!!'

'地下鉄チャガルチ駅から徒歩10分ほどで　南浦の繁華街にも徒歩圏内でした。 スタッフの方もとても親切で　コーヒーマシーンやボトルウォーター　アイスは24時間　無料でした。 バスタブも有って　快適に過ごせました。 又　泊まりたいです。'
