Golfhotels in Sonoma Valley

'Nice hotel. We have 2 complaints: 1. There was no non-dairy milk for breakfast. 2. No elevator. We chose a 2nd floor room and the front desk did not let us know about no elevator until I asked after we were about to go to room. The clerk should have anticipated that two 80+ seniors would not want to lug suitcases up steps.'

'A/C not working properly as room was hot and muggy. Complained and they gave us a very noisy box fan and couldn't sleep or watch tv with it on. Tv only worked properly some of the time. Had construction noise next or under our room that was extremely loud which started up every morning by about 8am.Room was also right above trash bins which created more racket. Indoor swimming pool was tiny and chlorine smell was unbearable. Our suite was the smallest we've ever stayed in. Had to call for a hair...

'Ken wood Inn and Spa is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel gives you Italy vibes. The views are spectacular. The free breakfast every morning is delicious! Can’t forget about the Mimosa Bar that’s included with your free breakfast. They offer daily free wine tastings from 5-6pm. It’s a great time to meet people staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back!'

'The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...
