'Only negative is the third bed was not made and we had only 2 sets of towels. After asking we tot the art of towels and linnen but had to make the bed ourself'

'On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips...
