'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'The room was impeccably clean. Linens were high quality. Shower water pressure was perfect. Breakfast options were great. Business area looked incredible, however, I was on personal travel so I didn't utilize it. '

'Kitchen wasn't stocked all that well, unit was cleaned ok but the floors(laminate) hadn't been mopped in a long time. They were very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice, but they didn't have much staff on hand. Building is made of wood, so you hear people walking if there is a room above you. Wore ear plugs at night and that was fine. Close to the highway, so convenient that way. Would stay again if the place was cleaner. '

There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home. 'We had never stayed at a WoodSpring Suites and only booked it due to the lower price and shorter stay. The manager "on duty" was nice and kind upon arrival. The room however, was not worth recommending. The bathtub was dirty, the floors were dirty, the full-sized bed was on a frame that felt so unstable and of poor quality. Every time we moved on the bed, the entire bed moved! The mattress was poor quality as were the paper thin pillows on the bed. The room was next to the parking lot and a...

'There is nothing near the location of this hotel - be prepared to travel a distance to eat. Staff was friendly but there is NO amenities. Share a bar of soap between washing hands and showering. A two in one shampoo and conditioner. We were told it was a queen bed - it was barely a full. Three half size pillows. One towel per guest. $10 chips in the snack machine. Light Breakfast provided was hot water and an oatmeal packet. No Iron, no do not disturb sign. It has a stench in the hallway...

'We arrived late by plane and needed a hotel for a short night. The hotel is very basic, but that's what we wanted and that's what we got (no spoons or even cups in the room!). When I booked the hotel, I thought it was including breakfast, because that's what I read on hotels.com. Unfortunately there is only coffee and muffins in the hall for takeaway. The good news though, is that they tasted great ;-)'
