'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'The room was impeccably clean. Linens were high quality. Shower water pressure was perfect. Breakfast options were great. Business area looked incredible, however, I was on personal travel so I didn't utilize it. '

The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this...

'This hotel was nice but overpriced for what you get. Pool was small. Elevators didn’t work properly and the staff was a bit rude. '

'We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great.'

'No coffee maker, the bed frame squeaked every time I moved, 2 weeks without changing sheets or towels is too long, having to take my own trash outside to the large trash receptacle wasn’t good'

'Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off. Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. '

'I paid for a 2 bed and got 1. The whole facility was disgusting. I walked in the room and walked right back out. It was filthy. Didn't even stay there. Didn't feel safe to even go talk to anyone about it. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. '

'We arrived late by plane and needed a hotel for a short night. The hotel is very basic, but that's what we wanted and that's what we got (no spoons or even cups in the room!). When I booked the hotel, I thought it was including breakfast, because that's what I read on hotels.com. Unfortunately there is only coffee and muffins in the hall for takeaway. The good news though, is that they tasted great ;-)'

'Het hotel bood weinig aan accommodatie om te eten, geen ontbijt, geen maaltijden, slechts een kleine bar met enkele snacks. Dit is goed om weten indien men daarop gesteld is. Bij Marriott aan de overzijde (toch auto nemen zeker bij plus 40°) was het ontbijt zeer lekker, en het Italiaans restaurant dat we uitkozen was uitstekend, mooie inrichting en lekker eten.'
