The owner’s private garage remains locked and is not available to guests. The laundry area is also restricted; however, laundry service is available for an additional charge of 30 USD per load.

Hispaniola is a controlled-access gated community. All guests and visitors must follow the community’s security procedures, and visitors may be required to present valid identification at the entrance.
