There were some issues with the code to get into the building--it didn't work all the time, and we would have to wait for someone leaving the building to get in. Also, late at night, it seemed that a rage party would begin (around 1 am) that was extremely loud and lasted for hours--closing the windows helped. The apartment is on the 9th floor, and the elevator was spotty.'
