Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. '

Very kind and helpful personal at reception with some minor hick ups we ran into ( the bed broke and was fixed the same day while we were out and I stupidly locked myself out on the last day) Housekeeping did a very thorough job! The view of the apartment is amazing on both sides: on the balcony the marina with the sun out till 16h, this early in the season and in the front the sea with the beautiful sunset and moon views. Zonder overdrijving is dit een fijn hotel om je prettig te voelen. Helaas werkt de heer Al-Sahbi niet meer in dit hotel, omdat hij een persoon is die veel helpt en respect toont voor klanten, in de hoop hem weer te zien in het Sousse Hotel and Spa.'
