'I stayed at the Pullman Auckland for a period of 20 nights. Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. Little annoyed by a comment of one of the male receptionist but the other staff was very professional and secured me a room on a different floor with newer carpet etc. which was fine. Overall space in the room was good and the bed was nice (not a big fan of the pillows as they were too...

'The stay was nice but getting checked-in was ridiculously and needlessly difficult. There were a few items listed on the description that didnt match such as stove and oven. The communication prior to check-in was absolutely horrible. We were supposed to receive a check-in guide two days ahead of our stay but dodnt get it till about 2 hours prior to check-in and that took involving VRBO support contacting the management to get the correct info. There were several broken links sent then...
