Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I recently stayed at this property, which was advertised as a boutique hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set online. Instead of being placed in the boutique section, I was put in a separate motel-style building located next to the actual hotel. This was not clearly communicated beforehand, and the difference in quality was noticeable.
The room itself was disappointing, but the biggest issue was the noise. Throughout the night there were loud sounds that made it extremely difficult to sleep. For a stay that was supposed to feel upscale and relaxing, this was a major letdown.
Overall, I left feeling misled by the advertising and dissatisfied with the comfort of the stay. I hope the property improves transparency about room locations and addresses the noise issues for future guests.
