'Everything was great!!! Just lots of spiderwebs on the golf cart we rented!! I just hate spiders. If we come back next year we will be staying here again like the past years.'

Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.'
