'The pictures are extremely deceiving. Although if it is a pretty big house, the whole set up of the house is odd. For starters two of the beds which would technically sleep 6 since they are bunk beds with the bottoms being fulls were literally in the pool house away from the main house. 'Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. Had to call customer service to get check in instructions - never got any for check out. Other: I’m glad I read prior reviews and knew the property was right next to neighbors and at the end...

'Nice and clean house. Only an 8 minute drive to Moody Beach which we preferred since it's closer and less crowded. Our group of 7 enjoyed the nice backyard setup... especially the pickle ball court! Communications with property manager were quick and simple. Would recommend.'
