'Ok Beautiful location price was on the high side but very clean and state of the art.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property in Edgecomb! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bristol, and other nearby attractions. 'The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. Great spot!'

'Overall a great visit in an excellent location. I wished we stayed longer.'

'The house matches exactly what was described online. It's clean and cozy in a quite neighborhood. I'd rate it a five star and highly recommend!'

'The place is beautiful. Lots of nooks and crannies to escape by yourself and not be on top of others. The kitchen was fully stocked and completely renovated. We enjoyed the coffee/wine bar. We used the fire pit as well. I would say the only take aways is that the stairs were tough to navigate for my 88 year old mom and the house is situated right off a busy road. Finally, great that you can walk to the footpath and be in the heart of the town. Would recommend to others!!!'

'We had a wedding in town which was about 3 miles away- easy drive. The place was clean but rustic. Pet friendly which was very important to us. John communicated well/ a really beautiful spot waking up to beautiful views!'

'We had a really nice day in communication and check-in were very easy. Overall, it was a lovely day and we would definitely consider returning.'

'We loved everything about this place! It’s beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from away. The host was wonderful and made it easy to communicate with her. The view from the deck is so pretty! I loved having a cup of tea out there and looking at the water. It was a perfect spot! We are so grateful!'
