We stayed in room 712 which is near the reception & there was an annoying noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Like a base sound, could have been a dryer maybe, but it wasn’t. 'I stayed at the hotel for two nights. My arrival day was fine but the next day I had to change my room three times. The first room had a faulty air conditioning unit that was leaking water like a tap. This ruined my expensive slipper. I reported the issue to the morning receptionist on the 12th of March.
