'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro. The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks) Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Prices are reasonable here (it still is Moscow after all). There might be more romantic and more luxurious...

'The property is in Metro station, if your flight lands after Metro closes, there is no way to get to the property. We landed at 3 am and had to go round and round, get through an underground parking and taking a lift inside the closed Metro station, unsure if that was allowed. Took 20 MK s to check in, more document copies than immigration!'

'The property was clean and food was good. I want to thank the front office staff who were excellent and very helpful. We missed a few items and it was promptly handled. Want to personally thank Sneha, Harish, and Shreya from front office and Saloni from food and beverages for taking excellent care of us as well as the client meetings we had in the lobby lounge. Overall good experience and would highly recommend to others.'

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...
