'Stayed for one night only. Quite OK'

'Beetje duur voor wat het maar is . Maar ja het was ook Canton fair, het zal daar mee te maken hebben.'

'Esta muito longe de ser um hotel, a unica coisa que salvou foi a localização, para o cafe da manha vc tem que ir em outro hotel que fica a 2 quadras, sem contar que é péssimo, realmente nao recomendo. '

'This hotel Is 2 stars at best. Breakfast Buffet may have been the Only good news sorry for this stay although repetitive after a 7-night stay. The main restaurant need allot to be desired with poor customer service and attention to detail. Food served with No cutlery and table was never cleared when we were finish. I also booked 4-night stays for three of my clients, and they too were not impressed with the Quality and service at this resort also situated in a depressed area of Guangzhou.'

'The hotel service is very friendly. It is located in the center of Tianhe District, and the transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway entrance. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The public areas are neat and elegant. The room layout is simple and generous. The hygiene is in place. The bedding is soft and the sleeps very soundly. Focus on the breakfast. The variety of dishes is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles,...

'All good'

'Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, had wel graag een kamer met venster gehad en ontbijt mog meer gevarieerd zijn.'

'Perché vanno le pulizie mentre faccio colazione in supportable'

'Choosing this hotel for my first visit to Guangzhou was a good decision. I was satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and hygienic! It's only a 20-minute subway ride to Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center. It's also a good choice for business trips. The coffee tastes good, and there are plenty of big shopping malls nearby.'

'Booked through Expedia but unfortunately hotel did not have a confirmed booking. Had to pay again at the hotel. It was frustrating after a delayed long flight from Sydney. Luckily I had a friend who could translate to sort out the bookings and the front desk staff handled it professionally. I provided Expedia with all the documents to prove double payments and it resulted in a refund after a few days. From now on, I will personally confirm directly with booked hotels to avoid a repeat.
