'Eden is a wonderful place to satay for one night to see the beach. Somewhat quiet town otherwise from what we saw. Room was quiet and close to restaurants although limited restaurant selections. Can walk to grocery store. Short drive to beach Value: average Comfortable bed.'

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'Old, dirty and unkept rooms. The rooms are shockingly dated. Our door was actively splintering at the bottom, and everything came with a layer of dust. The TV can't connect to the internet, and in the year 2026, they actually have the audacity to charge guests for Wi-Fi! We were told the gym was closed at 8pm, but the welcome pack said the “Beachside Fitness” is open til 10pm. Disabling the keycard reader two hours before closing and making guests beg for entry is peak lazy management. Don't...

'The property was easy to find. Belinda was very helpful in arranging for a late check in. The room and bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu presented a good variety of choices… had the Wilde’s Breakfast two mornings in a row… served nice and fresh. The secured underground parking has a lot of car spaces… comfortably spacious… easy to get in and out of. Highly recommended… we’ll definitely book with them again!!! 👌👍'

'This is a lovely spot. Easy parking, super staff. The dryer was not working and I did not have time to line dry. The staff were super helpful at letting me use an in house machine to dry the clothes. Also the room is well decorated. The kitchen was in an alcove at the back making it feel like a little apartment. Lots of space for luggage. Thanks! '
