Hotels met fitnessruimte in South Cornish Coast

'A beautiful hotel in an incredible location, with lovely spa facilities that are worth a visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, for a hotel of this calibre, we did notice a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. Small touches — like having the tea tray refreshed without needing to ask — are the kind of details that elevate a stay, and we found ourselves having to prompt for these. 'Room was spacious, but under a function room, and the noise transmitted down. We had cool weather, and the room was warm. No aircon, so can imagine it would be very uncomfortable in hot weather. The room telephone and TV did not work when we got the room. Fixed the next day. TV was not networked, so no iPlayer etc. The Sundeck advertised with the room was a private patio outside. Ok, but not really private. Also cigarette butts not cleared away from previous occupants. Pool and gym ok...

'Slechte bedden, veel te klein en door gelegen. In de spa werden geen handdoeken gebruikt in de sauna, de hamman stinkt naar zweet. Veel achterstallig onderhoud en slechte herstellingen aan de tegels, douches…etc uitgeleefd. Kinderen mochten niet in het bubbelbad, kinderen mochten maar beperkt in het zwembad op bepaalde tijden. Werk personeel wandelde met vieze schoenen zonder bescherming door het zwembad. Bij het ontbijt ontbraken broodjes. Een beetje vergane glorie. En de tafel bij het onthaal...

'Parkeren was gratis en makkelijk, receptioniste was heel vridndelijk en snel, bar/ restaurant personeel zeer vriendelijk en snel. Ontbijt okk goed en lekker.'

'A beautiful place, delicious breakfast though items were missing like bowls, spoons, milk, beans, sausages. We thought about going to get the milk for them. Disappointingly the steam room was out of order. Sadly, they no longer serve dinner but do offer small plates. The staff are fab, though one very noisy waitress at breakfast bashes things as she clears up. There’s a fire to warm you on chilly evenings. Enjoyed the games on offer with our nightcap.
