Also they arranged for a breakfast bag when we had a day trip planned. The hotel is very neat. The breakfast is of very good quality and perfection variation. The staff were very polite and helpful. 'The Hyatt Centric is a very comfortable and well kept hotel. Two things impressed me: (1) whereas most hotels pay lip service to Covid prevention, the Hyatt Centric actually practices it. Rather than doing a buffet breakfast, it was table service from a good menu. This is much more hygienic. (2) we had an issue with a bed, being less wide than expected. The lady at the reception (Lauren) gave us another room which not only had a real king-size bed, but was also more quiet. Well done! The manager...
