'What a wonderful stay, everything up to par, glad we found it.'

'Stayed one night. Room was nice, breakfast was good'

'Great staff that was very helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice variety'

'The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to...

'The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area.'

'Staff went above and beyond at check in. Convenient location for visiting our son at URI.'

'Net hotel, iets verouderd, maar schoon en netjes. Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt iets uitgebreider dan gemiddeld "continental breakfast" Net zwembad en hot tub.'

'Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. When we woke in the morning to find no water, it was hard to get ahold of anyone, as the phone number is someone’s cell phone + they have you call a different number outside of 9-9 + you have to try to write down a different number from the...

'First class property'

'After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process'

'Great hotel! Central to everything. Loved the lobby and fireplace. Staff was excellent. Only complaint pillows are a bit hard or to full. The bathroom doesn’t allow for much privacy. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and cookies were delicious. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.'

'We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...
