'Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day...

'Ruime en nette accommodatie dichtbij de dieren. Er is een grote algemene tuin en iedere accommodatie heeft een privé tuin. De ligging is erg centraal. Je bent zo in Legoland en Windsor. Er is goed rekening gehouden met kinderen. Er is veel buiten- en binnen speelgoed. Wij hebben er een top tijd gehad!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great — peaceful, yet close to everything (busstop 2 minutes away). What made our stay even better was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!There is a balcony which you can see at the photos....

'Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours.
