Vakantiehuizen in South Island

'There were leftovers in the cups and pot, and we waited more than 1.5 hours for cleaning. The staff were unprofessional: one staff member forgot my name two hours after check-in and then knocked on our door. There is no shelf/platform to hold the shampoo and conditioner, so they had to be placed on the shower base. The bathroom fan is noisy. Soundproofing is poor—when the neighbor was washing, we could hear it. Overall, it was a bad experience.'

You dont’t offer free parking up to 3 am do you...'

The flashing light from that alarm is clearly visible in the dark when you're lying in bed. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and it's within walking distance of the city center.'

The reception closes at 8 PM and me coming back late that night, I could not directly share this and try to find a solution. I went first thing in the morning and I received the answer that they are fully booked... I could understand that i got this room if I booked it last minute, but I...

'Clean room and the kitchen facilities'

'Beautiful rooms and really comfortable and quiet. A little out of the main part of town but still very close. The hosts were very friendly and made the stay quite pleasant'
