Located in the famous city of South Lake Tahoe, this beautiful and spacious home pairs a charming natural aesthetic with unparalleled luxury and comfort. The home resides in a quiet, wooded setting surrounded by forest pines, giving guests privacy to relax during their stay. Enjoy the location being close to golf, and a quick drive away from the Lake and Heavenly Mountain Resort. There are 2 driveway and 2 garage parking spots. Kids under 6 do not count towards occupancy .

It comes equipped with 2 cozy living rooms - one with a gas fireplace surrounded by a river rock casing and a comfortable couch that encloses the space for warm comfort. The other consists of a new ottoman, a small fireplace, and a large Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu).

The home's cathedral ceilings bring beams of natural light through Tahoes national forests while the softwood floors, cabinets, and trim, give the home a luxury cabin feeling. The modern kitchen maintains grey granite counters, a large breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances for guests to cook nice dinners, bake warm desserts, or enjoy a glass of wine.
The home's exterior will charm guests as the back deck houses a warm hot tub that overlooks Tahoe's beautiful forests. Here, guests can enjoy a relaxing end to their eventful day before falling asleep in one of the extravagant and comfortable bedrooms.
There are 3 TVs in this home, each equipped with Amazon Firesticks with streaming abilities. Please use your login. Cable is not provided.
Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.
A portable AC unit is provided upon request. Please make sure to let your host know if you expect them.

Our 2nd time having our family winter trip staying at this house. Spacious, just like pics, sides of house for kids to sled, perfect for large family gatherings. Host is very helpful and makes it an easy process to have a wonderful experience. We will be back!!

Great home! We loved the location and the set up of having 6 bedrooms! The only upgrade we wanted was a queen bed instead of double in main floor small bedroom! As far as broken items: The downstairs basement slider dead bolt wouldn’t lock. ( we called at checkout to inform management ( Anita), also the shower on middle floor doesn’t drain well. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Really nice home for large group! Thank you!

I booked this rental for a bachelorette weekend with nine women and we had a great time! The host was very communicative and accommodated our requests, which was really nice. The house is spacious and clean, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. The backyard view was so pretty! I loved seeing the sunsets and birdwatching from the deck. Other reviews saying outdoor furniture was dirty- Lake Tahoe has a ton of pollen so this is unavoidable. We cleaned chairs and by the next day they were covered in pollen again, so I think this would happen at any rental. The check in/check out was really simple, I would recommend this house and stay there again.

Beautiful Home!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. The beds are all very comfortable and well stocked with pillows / extra blankets. The home itself has lots of amenities and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’ll need to make a nice meal for the family at home. We stayed at this lovely home for my dad’s 50th birthday. We took him to Hells Kitchen & the location of this home couldn’t have been better! Secluded and private feeling but not too far away from town! We will absolutely be staying here again!

Decent cabin, but tired

This cabin is in a great location with lots of space, but it’s not a luxury quality cabin as advertised. All of the furniture including the pool table is worn out stained, much of it seemingly second-hand. While there are many gadgets in the kitchen, there were only 7 bowls for 8 of us, so we were constantly washing. We were surprised by how small the hot tub was, made for 3 adults. And there is a nice tv in the lower level but no tv in the great room where we spent much of our time.

Our 3-day stay for a family wedding was really wonderful. The property was just as pictured, if not better. It was immaculately clean and we had plenty of kitchen space and seating for our large group. The young adults enjoyed the hot tub but we’d recommend taking the cover off for a 1/2 hour before jumping in to avoid the strong chemical fumes. It was a very memorable stay. Would highly recommend this property.

It met our needs

Needs a little TLC. Some bulbs out, no mattress covers on a couple of beds. A light left on 24/7 in owner's closet in master bedroom which is locked so can't turn it out. If you are cooking often like we did, I would say knives are very poor quality and kitchenware/servingware is only adequate but not amazing so bring any favorite items to use!

We came to Tahoe for our daughter’s wedding. The property is beautiful! The location is great. Very quiet at night. Had everything we needed to cook meals for 13 people. Plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. The big table was awesome for meals and games. Would recommend providing more toilet paper for the guests. Also the parking rule of only four cars for a house this large is inconvenient and really doesn’t make any sense. The street has ample room for a car to park on it if needed. Maybe more guidance for operating the TV’s. The bathroom on the main floor needs a lock. I did have to call Julio a couple times and he was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Tahoe Family Graduation

The property location was excellent but we felt the house could use some TLC and maintenance. The property manager (Juilo Loera) was outstanding. We had a power hit around midnight one night and he answered our call and provided updates on when power might be restored. He also was very responsive to my texts about property issues. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Spacious and Cozy

Building family memories is very important and having a place to enjoy them rates same. We looked at many homes as we wanted to be close to snow, stores and casino. This home is just as pictured yet was much more. From the comfy couches and beds, a large kitchen with all that is needed and how spacious the layout, we never felt on top of each other. They had the kid gates to put up and took all the stress out of travel and we were able to relax and enjoy. Never saw the neighbors and far enough away for privacy. Definitely a great family get away home.

Family Fun

This property worked out great for our large party of 14 family and friends. Very spacious and accommodating for all. We would definitely come back. The drive to town and to Heavenly Ski Resort did take a little longer than anticipated (about 25 minutes to town) but that was due to the amount of snow and traffic. The parking is very limited!! Especially for muliti family and friends vehicles. Uber and taxi's are a plus and recommend. As far as the house I would just recommend that you provide more towels at the facility for hot tub use, kitchen and wash clothes for the bathrooms. Overall wonderful place thank you very much.
