U kunt onze prachtig gerenoveerd studio appartement in het Lakeland Village Beach en Mountain Resort in South Lake Tahoe huren tegen een fractie van de reguliere hotel kosten.

Dit is een luxe studio, die volledig is gerenoveerd met een ingebouwde thermostaat gecontroleerde open haard en alle toeters en bellen die u zou willen. Het omvat een volledige kitchenette, grote koelkast, vaatwasser, gladde bovenkant range, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, 42 inch tv boven de open haard, ligbad / douche en een grote, schaduwrijke Lanai.

Dit toestel beschikt over een zonnig uitzicht op zoek naar het zwembad en de jacuzzi van het hoofdgebouw. De unit is gelegen in het hoofdgebouw op de 1e verdieping, met gemakkelijke toegang tot de wasruimte.

Het Resort is ideaal gelegen aan het meer, en is dicht bij alles. Een korte wandeling langs het strand brengt u naar de populaire "Tahoe Queen" veerboot cruise, restaurants, galeries, bars en winkels. U kunt ook kajaks en andere items te huren direct bij de Resort op het strand.

Het Resort's pier is een van onze favoriete voorzieningen. De mooie promenade pier is ingericht met banken, die een perfecte plek om te ontspannen en genieten van de schoonheid van het meer met zijn kristalheldere water.

Plus je bent slechts een korte afstand van de casino's, bioscopen, 2 supermarkten en tal van winkels en restaurants. De locatie is perfect!

De Lakeland Village resort ligt op 19 hectare op het meer, en is weelderig met pijnbomen en brede stranden. Het biedt 3 zwembaden, 2 jacuzzi, droge sauna, fitnessruimte, tennisbanen, vuurkorven aan het meer, een pier, een clubhuis, en nog veel meer.

Je kunt niet winnen van de accommodatie, de locatie en de voorzieningen van dit prachtige resort!

En parkeren is gratis.

The check in was easy and the unit was warm when we arrived. outside was very cold. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery store within walking distance, the lake beach and pier are amazing and the show and slots of Lake Tahoe were just an Uber ride away. This is a great location. We would stay again.

Great condo on the lake with a private beach. Owner is easy to communicate with and he checked in to make sure our stay was going well. As advertised and in a great location. Well maintained property inside and out. We rented efoils and went scuba diving. Whole Foods is right across the street a d we ate in every night. Will be back for sure for summer and winter activities!

This is a great spot!

Loved our stay. Was mostly quiet (upstairs, creaky floor not too loud) and right near the pool and spa. Short walk to the private beach (super soft sand!) and nice neighbors all around. 5 min drive to stateline or 10min to the Y. I would definitely come back

Great central location

The studio apt was clean and comfy. It's on the main road, so occasionally noisy, but a solid fan/AC unit in the room really helped. The kitchen is very small, so preparing meals can be challenging. Mark was very supportive and responsive, checking in on us during our stay via texts. Nice complex, with beach access, which is a bonus, and easy access to the less crowded pool/hot tub - winning! A really good choice for our vacation.

Horribly noisy

This stay was not relaxing or comfortable. The day we arrived there was construction happening right about the unit. Mind you this was a holiday…. The noise lasted into the late evening hours and was so disruptive you couldn’t nap through it. I contacted the host with no help to remedy the situation. We had to leave our vacation early because of the disturbance. The host actually blocked my phone number so I wasn’t able to contact him and request a refund. If your looking for peace and relaxation this is not the place for you.

Noisy Unsafe Visit

My overall impression of the property has not changed in forty years. Excellent location. We like it. However, there is renovation construction going on at the main building. From 8 am to 5 pm it is noisy, disturbing and unsafe. Had to walk through active construction area to access the room. This condition was not communicated at the time the reservation was made. Nor was it explained at the time of check in. The off-site owner said he did not know it was taking place. Being awakened by loud banging and hammering did not make for a peaceful, relaxing or pleasant stay.

Great Location

The room is very nice and well appointed. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Plenty of amenities and located close to everything. The property itself is a little rundown and looks like it’s being renovated but winters are harsh up here. Host was great to rent from very good communication.

The cozy gas fireplace and lighting on dimmer switches made this the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. The small space is thoughtfully arranged so everything is right where you need it. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

This studio is clean and cozy, and has been recently remodeled. The only concern is the sliding door and lanai is facing the highway with lots of traffic, it’s a bit noisy.

This was a decent property as advertised. This particular unit’s porch faces a busy street so we didn’t have the windows open. Also there was work being done on the building which we weren’t made aware of so very noisy a few days. Overall , satisfied with my stay.

Enjoyed the area, studio is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. The hot tub & front pool area was very nice. The pools at the lake were closed. There were no fire pits or bbq's in the common area. Access to the lake and beach is private and a big plus. The studio itself was OK. Bring your own wine/champagne glasses if traveling to celebrate a special event. The decore and bedding could be updated. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the shower was nice. There was a issue of swarming insects (termites) on the deck. We would not stay again.

Great Location
