This home was completed in Fall 2019 with luxury, comfort, and peace in mind. Perfect for families whose goal is to escape into the quiet bliss of South Lake Tahoe and enjoy some downtime while feeling all of the comforts of your own home.

The high wood beam ceilings, large windows, and open staircase all give way to the abundance of natural sunlight and space in this home. The open floor plan allows for plenty of personal space, while still feeling connected to the rest of the home.

As you walk through the front door, you will notice the expansive living room, complemented by a plush wrap-around sofa and a modern fireplace. With a chest full of board games and a smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and HBO Max - the living room is a perfect oasis for the entire family.

Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen and dining room boast the same massive ceilings and open layout, with a large kitchen island and plenty of seating options between the island counter and dining room table.

Seated at the dining table, you have a direct view of the luscious pine trees that populate the backyard. The backyard is massive! Weather-permitting of course, there are opportunities to sip coffee on the back deck, read a book in the hammock, BBQ and enjoy outdoor meals, roast s`mores and chat at the outdoor fire pit, or decompress in the spacious jacuzzi with lights and jets.

We have 2 beautiful master bedrooms with barn doors and en suite bathrooms; 2 additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower/bath tub combo. All 3 bathrooms feature natural sunlight with privacy, double sinks, glass shower doors, and heated tiled floors that feel divine when you step out of the shower. We offer plenty of hotel-style plush bath towels & washcloths in each bathroom for your stay.

Also available to you are beach towels (to be used for the hot tub or beach adventures), as well as the brand new washer & dryer - detergent & amenities are all included.

Driving an EV? We have a brand new universal charger in the garage, free for you to use.

You have access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We have carefully crafted specific amenities to make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. These include hotel-style bedding and towels, heated bathroom floors, a pre-heated outdoor jacuzzi, a top-of-the-line coffee maker, filtered hot and cold water, various kitchen & cooking appliances, and a brand new BBQ. We ask that you take careful consideration to clean these amenities after you use them so they can be enjoyed by future renters. If these are not cleaned to a reasonable degree after your use, we may require our cleaning crew to work overtime to ensure they are cleaned and ready for the next renters, and thus we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.

To avoid such, please treat these devices as your own and clean them after each use.

Tahoe Paradise Park (http://www.tahoeparadisepark.com) is a 7 minute walk from our home (0.3 miles away), and includes a lake with a beach, tennis courts, pickle ball court, a playground, picnic tables, a clubhouse, and a gazebo. Perfect for hosting a family gathering or celebration; weddings are often hosted here.

Please note there is no on-street parking; you must use the garage and/or driveway exclusively (1 car in the garage and up to 4 cars in the driveway). Street parking is subject to ticketing and/or towing and we are not responsible for these expenses.

Please note the following special rules regarding bears:

We want to make you as “bear aware” as possible! Please do not leave any food, wrappers, or scraps anywhere outside or in your car. Bears have the ability to open your car if they smell food. Upon departure, please remove all trash from the house and place it in the bear box on the side of the driveway. There is extensive `BEAR AWARE` info located in the check-in manual that we request you take the time to read.

The home accommodates up to 8 adults. A 9th guest may be permitted upon prior approval from the property manager, with an additional charge of $75 per night. Please reach out before booking if your group exceeds 8 people.
We kindly ask that you follow these rules in their entirety.

1. No shoes in the house please. You can leave them in the garage or on the rack right inside the front door.

2. Fire pit use MUST be predicated by research about fire safety and red flag season. Loss of security deposit and other fines will be imposed if proper precautions are not taken.

3. The hot tub is for you to enjoy with these considerations:
a. The controls on the keypad should not be touched or altered.
b. Please wipe your feet with a towel before climbing into the hot tub as to not track debris in there.
c. The cover should be carefully put back on immediately after use. Please have TWO people do this and take extra caution as it`s on a track. It does not need to be pulled hard!

4. Please clean the BBQ thoroughly after use. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the BBQ is found dirty after your stay.

5. Quiet hours of 10pm-8am must be observed and occupancy is limited to only overnight guests during quiet hours.
