We had a good experience with the host, they responded to messages quickly. The host was also thoughtful and accommodating with our last minute change in plans due to the dangerous road conditions and last week's snow storm in Tahoe. They guided us through the cancellation process and resolved the stressful situation. We look forward to staying at their condo during our next family ski trip!

Didn't use the pool or hot tub but our rooms were clean and tidy. Everything in order. Nice and quiet. The place does need some work. Older place and worn but very clean and homey. We did have an issue with the bill and was never able to get ahold of the manager, but we contacted Vrbo and were able to get a satisfactory solution.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have been more helpful is more clarity on the location and check-in process. We had to dig through the fine print to find the location and called to discover it was a front desk checkin. Just suggest making that more prominent in the confirmation email.

Turn um and burn um

Upon on arrival the staff was very curtious and helpful. Then we got to our room. The room was very worn and neglected. Doors not closing, mold throughout the bathroom and broken tiles. Worn furniture etc… The owner was rude and didn’t seem to worried about our concerns. We definitely got the feeling of I don’t care someone else would take it!! Not as described.

Great quick getaway!

This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe!
