'Behulpzaam personeel en een schone kamer'

'As said by many people on Tripadvisor this is a simple Business hotel in a Business area. It takes 30 minute walking to Gateway of India. hotels are expensive in Mumbai and this one might give some value for money. Do not have high hopes!'

'The Hotel was dirty, rooms were poorly maintained and not clean at all, the corridor on the 10th floor smelled of Urine and so did our room, when we reported this, the staff came and sprayed air freshener, no one cleaned the smell just came back. The Hotel is very arrogant, they are greedy for money, even the manager has no customer service skills, they do not care about customers.'
