'Our room was on the 10th floor where airline crew are also booked. Rooms are cleaned at 4 in the morning after one set leaves and before the next arrives. Noise caused woke us up one night. On the second night housekeeping rang door bell at 22.30 , we were asleep, to ask if we wanted anything. This spoilt our stay a bit at a hotel with excellent location, service and amenities '

'Badkamer was niet schoon. We hebben na melding een andere kamer gekregen. De herentoilet bij restaurant Saffron was niet schoon. Veel herrie in de lobby van muziek tijdens lunch/diner. Te luid en akoestisch ontzettend slecht geluid. Past niet in zo’n prachtig hotel. Locatie is prima, direct aan het strand. '
