'Het was mijn eerste keer naar het VK. De kamer was zoals verwacht voor de prijs. Bed was redelijk comfortabel, al heb ik wel het matras moeten omdraaien. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. De douche was minder comfortabel en is aan vervanging toe. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van vliegtuigen, maar dat kun je verwachten als je zo dicht bij het vliegveld slaapt.'

'My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.'

'It took 2 hours to find the property as it not mark up and no outside signs... Keyless entry did not work and this took another hour to sort out over the phone, over all the property is in poor condition outside and in. The room was very small and in poor repair. The room was missing cups, coffee and and had 2 tea bags bags and one sugar stick Ther wee no towels in the room and in the cubards there was some rubbish and a dirty towel Over all it's not a good Property or value for many .....

'Booked it last minute, credit card charged, never recieved a email with how to enter, proper address. We took a uber to the complex, still no email. After 3 hours of talking to Expedia they finaly texted and said was no longer available, to contact Expedia to get money. Disgusting how they treated us'
