'Very nice clean hotel'

'スタッフと朝食はいい。だけど、施設メンテが悪い。 部屋は雰囲気はいいが故障設備が多い。 お風呂はジェットバス故障、湯船はお湯が減る。入り口はカーテンなので湿気が増える。洗面は2つあり、好感あるが蛇口は壊れている。トイレは水漏れ、ウォレットは反応はするが出ない。切押してから1分くらいしたらピュッと出る。背中濡れた、、 スタッフがいいだけに設備が悪いのが残念、、 プールは入れない位汚いから細菌が怖い。 環境設備をしっかりしたらもっと金額高くてもいく。カヌチャ位にならないかな。'

'Mooie accomodatie met mooie kamers en mooi groot zwembad. Uitstekend ontbijt en diner met meerdere opties. Helaas is het hotel wel een beetje afgelegen maar wel op een mooie plek met een mooi strand. De badkamers zouden beter uitgerust kunnen worden met een inloop douche. In het bad douchen is toch echt te klein voor de europese man.'

'Right from check-in, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with fresh juices for the whole family and driven to the villa in a buggy. With breakfast provided, and a meal allowance, we were well fed throughout. Breakfast alone included bread basket, smoothies, appetiser plate, main, soup and a fruit combo. '外国の方の利用が多かったです。スタッフの方も外国の方が多い印象でした。みなさんとても親切でした。 客室はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 駐車場がホテルから少し離れていたのですが、トゥクトゥクが頻繁に行き来していたので困ることはありませんでした。 売店もおしゃれな商品が多くおいてありました。子どものマリンシューズも販売していて助かりました。 1点、日本語があまり得意ではないスタッフの方がいらっしゃり、駐車場の説明を受けたのですが聞き取りづらかったのが困りました。 あまり難しい口頭で説明をさせずに、パネルや図で説明していただいた方がいいかもです。'
