'We loved having a mini kitchen in the room - such a convenient location to run to the grocery store - plenty of room in the fridge to store food. Full-sized coffee pot was fantastic. 'The front lobby seemed updated and clean, and the staff were lovely. However, our room had a musty smell, almost as if it was a smoking room for 20 years and had recently been cleaned, but you could still smell it. The carpet seemed crunchy and dirty and just overall was a lot more budget hotel than I was expecting for a Best Western.'

'Abandoned at 2:30 AM, Stranded Outside for 4 Hours Do NOT book this hotel if you plan to check in late at night. I booked this hotel through Expedia with a confirmed check-in around 2:30 AM. Drove all the way from Virginia. When we arrived, there was absolutely no one at the front desk, the place was completely unstaffed. Called the hotel's own phone number and was told to "request a refund." That's it. No apology, no alternative, no help. My wife and I were left standing outside the hotel...

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great.'
