'booked the wrong nite - sunday instead of saturday and paid insurance for cancel and when I requested cancel said it was non refundable - so basically I had to book saturday nite there . hotel was great - expedia not so much!!!!'

'The shower is not clean, moldy and towel are pretty old. Hair on the wall not working. Ice maker are not working. The room is not available when we get there. Check in is at 3pm and the room is not ready. The room i book with 2 queen beds is not available and they offer sofa bed and the extra blankets are old with holes on it. I don't recommend this hotel and the staff are not friendly help you with the issue. And they charge you extra of having a sofa bed. Don't recommend it at all.'

The room was looking a little worn….could probably use a deep clean and some fresh paint, but was neat and bed was comfortable and clean. The only complaint was the shower. The drain didn’t work well and we were standing in an inch or two of water. We were afraid it was going to overflow.'

I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good.
