'This might be the coolest place I have ever stayed. Rooms are small (used to be a hostel) but spotless as is the rest of the hotel. Great history behind this building. Very comfortable sitting in the great room conversing with others. The peacefulness was in large part due to this being a TV free hotel.'

'We stayed for 6 nights to be close to my grandson who had heart surgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital. The location of the home was perfect for easy access to the hospital and the amenities such as the washer & dryer, and nicely appointed kitchen made the stay homey and comfortable. The area also has some great restaurants close by. The homeowner, Frank, was fantastic and was quick to respond to any and all requests. '

'Staff were very polite and willing to help with anything needed. Room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Only thing I believe they need to work on is the orange chairs in the lobby that are pretty filthy! '
