'Great place to stay! We come every year.'

'The property is not well kept at all. The thermostat in the room didn’t function and the air conditioner barely did anything. The night lights on the bed did not work. Our bathroom had the end of a roll of toilet paper on check in.'

'Rustic and simple but very clean room in a quiet and peaceful off-the-beaten-track area with a friendly and helpful manager. When an unforeseen weather event took down many trees and power lines, resulting in no electricity or running water that night and with the street temporarily blocked, the manager was very kind and helpful and provided water bottles and offered adjustments. This was in the face of a days-long disaster for both the inn and the whole township.'

'This hotel was clean, staff responds quickly and the breakfast was more than I expected. Very nice lady who works at the cafe area helping with breakfast. The breakfast tasted good as well. Also very close to Camelback Waterpark and outlets. Very convenient location.'

'Do not stay here. So dirty, exposed wires, hair all over the bathroom and bugs on the floor. Looks like it has never been cleaned. Expedia will not refund any money nor will the hotel.'

'The hotel location was in a great area, there was lots of food options and shopping. The room is very spacious, especially traveling with teens. The hotel was very up-to-date and clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. The gentleman that checked me in was great and offered a room of the mountains which we appreciate it and gay recommendations to restaurants nearby. 'After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them.'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...
