'Lanelay Hall is a beautiful hotel. The decor, the ambience and the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff in all areas are warm and welcoming. The restaurant was a fabulous experience with very impressive food. We also had some of the best cocktails we have ever had with the mixologist taking time to explain the ones on offer. 'Dit hotel ligt middenin het centrum met een walhalla aan winkels. Het personeel van het hotel is supervriendelijk. In het hotel ruikt het overal fris. De liften werken snel. Wij verbleven op de 5e etage in een standard room, waarbij je geen direct uitzicht hebt. Maar daar kwamen we ook niet voor. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keuze aan warme en koude opties. Wij hebben echt een topverblijf hier gehad!'
