'Goede staff, goede service'

'Dit hotel ligt middenin het centrum met een walhalla aan winkels. Het personeel van het hotel is supervriendelijk. In het hotel ruikt het overal fris. De liften werken snel. Wij verbleven op de 5e etage in een standard room, waarbij je geen direct uitzicht hebt. Maar daar kwamen we ook niet voor. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keuze aan warme en koude opties. Wij hebben echt een topverblijf hier gehad!'

'Really like our stay. Everything was clean, nice and quite luxurious. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. We thought the room was nice but a little on the small size. No room for any kind of luggage. Loved the bathroom. One problem that the hotel can’t be held responsible for was the very noisy crowd going by our room until after 2 am. It seemed like a younger crowd coming or going across the river. Kept us up. Loved the city. '

'We enjoyed the stay. Lovely pool and sauna. Very quiet, beautiful views from balcony. Complementary bikes so we had a nice bike ride around the bay. A bit disappointed with the service in the bar and restaurant, long wait for a pint and and overcooked poached eggs for breakfast which supposed to be made to order as from a la carte menu. Overall great stay and we will be back. '

'Didn't like dog'

'Great location and excellent service the only downside why I won't return is that the temperature in the rooms is just to hot. They have tried with switching rooms but unfortunately it didn't help'
