Location is amazing, views were stunning, everything was nice, comfy, clean, etc. It’s just an outdated hotel, especially carpets and finishes, bathroom especially. Staff was okay, some days they held the door, some days they didn’t. Housekeeping everyday rocked, room was spacious and comfortable, lobby area was inviting and nice. I’m praying I never have to go to Portland again but if I did I would stay here.'

'We were surprised by poor service at The Heathman. Housekeeping, in particular, was lacking. The first day our towels were refreshed, but the beds left unmade and the coffee supplies were not replenished.
