'The most beautiful resort we’ve ever stayed at! '

'The stay and location was lovely, but we have objections about hidden fees. At the start they asked for over $3000 to hold for 'incidental costs' and assured us that it would be returned to us if we didn't do anything. We thought this was awfully high, but then discovered that they kept most of it at the end with some fees that make sense, but others that make none, such as an 'Accommodation Fee' of $1000 each night. What was the purpose of paying for a hotel room if we had to pay even more...

'This is a hidden gem. The location is lovely. The hotel is updated and spacious with a large pool, hot tub and sauna. Wilbur and Marla (staff) were exceptional. They were warm and welcoming and available to help whenever needed. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Bermuda but our time at Hillcrest was the exceptional. Thank you '
