'Great hotel. We had some trouble contacting them, but that was due to our phones. But when we arrived we asked the neighboring pizza place to class them and they arrived super fast to let us in. Room was very comfortable with interesting bedlinnen;). Great that they offer airport shuttle too, super useful'

'Staff were very friendly and rooms/bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to the airport. Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late. '

'Convenient downtown location that allows for easy access to the capitol. Wide spacious room with plenty of space to stretch out. Breakfast is not included, but there is an attached restaurant with plenty of options. Overall, a great location to stay while exploring the downtown Juneau area.'

'The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. The coffee in the room was super weak, but the coffee in the lobby was great and they had tea & hot cocoa too. '

'Breakfast (do it yourself) is amazing. Scones and egg/bacon muffins were outstanding. '
