'Great place, great location! Easy, 10 minute walk to downtown Falmouth. The bike path connects right to the back yard which was super convenient for me because I used it every day.'

'Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit.'

'We loved our stay! We were right in the center of everything on the Cape! We loved being able to explore and have day trips to other towns. We were steps from the beach and had a gorgeous view! Steve was great to work with…we hope to come back someday!!!'

'We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!'

'Perfect for our family of 5! We had our 3 girls share the king bed and we had the down stairs bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Could ride bikes into town and several beaches. We could use the Wave Shuttle to get places a little farther away. Would stay there again. '
